‘IT Recruitment in Crewe Booms Due To Students Beginning More IT Apprenticeships’

The idea of having to go to university or college straight out of school is over. With a massive boost in Apprenticeship Scheme applications, young adults are now encouraged to “earn while you learn”

Paired with this, thoughts of apprenticeships only being in subjects such as building, joinery and plumbing have vanished. Technical apprenticeships are now booming.

With young adults recognising the expansion and development of technology, they are entering secure jobs in technology. The fact that education can continue in the ‘real’ working world is an extremely beneficial and attractive opportunity and one that has definitely been recognised in Crewe.

With a huge increase in IT apprenticeships being noticed within Crewe and its surrounding areas, it is possible to see why the numbers just keep rising. Candidates can work for successful businesses, having great wages whilst still receiving qualified training in such an important and extensive area.

Encouraging apprenticeships is now something schools are beginning to do and push for.
